SENIOR FINANCE EXECUTIVE

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent)
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian Private Entities Reporting Standard (MPERS) and statutory requirements
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and analysis
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, statutory requirements, and company policies
• Coordinate and assist in month-end and year-end closing
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and expenditure control
• Maintain proper accounting records and internal controls
• Support internal and external audit processes

IT INFRASTRUCTURE AND SYSTEMS OFFICER

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems Administration, Network Administration or IT Support.
• Experience with servers, networks, system administration, and website management will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of server administration (Windows/Linux) and networking.
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
• Strong knowledge in IT security, data backup and recovery.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, workstations and other IT equipment.
• Perform configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of servers (on premise or cloud), networks and IT systems.

MINING ENGINEER

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the mining industry, with at least 3 years in a senior engineering or technical review role.
• Strong expertise in mine design, planning, and operations review, including open-pit and underground mining techniques.
• Proficiency in mining software such as Surpac, MineSight, Arcgis or similar tools for reviewing submissions
• Knowledge of Sabah's mining regulations, environmental standards, and safety practices.

• Lead and mentor the internal technical review team and providing expert technical guidance.
• Collaborate with other internal departments, including geology and ESG, to ensure integrated planning and comprehensive due diligence.
• Review feasibility studies, mine design, and cost analysis to determine the technical and financial viability of new mining projects.
• Monitor and evaluate mining operations and performance through site verification and report review.
• Ensure compliance of all licensees with safety and environmental regulations and sustainable mining practices.
• Prepare detailed technical review reports and policy recommendations for the State Government and SMM Board regarding mining projects and operations.
